During your first Reiki session, you will lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table in a tranquil, serene environment. The practitioner will gently place their hands on or just above various parts of your body to channel healing energy. You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as the energy flows. Each session is unique and tailored to your specific needs, aiming to promote balance and well-being.

To prepare for your holistic massage appointment, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand. Communicate any specific areas of tension or discomfort, as well as any medical conditions or allergies, so we can tailor the massage to your needs.

Most clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a Reiki or holistic massage session. However, some may experience mild side effects such as temporary fatigue, emotional release, or slight dizziness as the body adjusts to the energy shifts. It's important to drink plenty of filtered water, rest if needed, and avoid strenuous activities immediately after your session. I am always available to talk through any concerns after your session.
